The Library will provide free service to all persons residing in Texas in accordance with Library policies and procedures as of September 2001.
Identification must prove residency within the State of Texas.
Visitors from out of the State of Texas may be issued a Courtesy Borrower's Card which are valid for six months.

  • Genealogy collection microfilm reader and printer (15¢ per printed page)
  • Photocopies (15¢ per printed page)
  • Children's story time
  • Reference materials
  • Large print books
  • Audio and video materials
  • Books on tape
  • InterLibrary Loans
  • Internal Revenue Service (IRS) forms and schedules
