Children between the ages
of five and eighteen may be issued a library card after completing an Application
for Borrower's Privileges and obtaining a signature of a parent or
guardian on the application.

Borrower's cards should be
presented each time materials are checked out.

Permanent cards are
renewed every two years.

The Library should be
notified of any change of address or telephone number.

Lost or stolen cards
should be reported immediately.

Initial check out of
materials is limited to four items per card. Successive check-outs may
total 8 items per card.

Fines for overdue items,
lost or damaged materials must be paid to retain library privileges.

Books and audio tapes are
circulated for a two week period and may be renewed twice.

Materials renewals may be
made by telephone so long as the items are not overdue or reserved.

Overdue fines for books
and audio tapes will be assessed at the rate of 15¢ per day, per
item.

Movies are limited to 4 per family.

Movies circulate for two
weeks. Overdue fines for video tapes will be
assessed at the rate of 15¢ per day, per item.
